I am a Business Consultant and Coach and I have worked in and with businesses for over 30 years. From running and operating a successful family manufacturing company to leading multi-million-pounds negotiations in mergers and acquisitions deals. I know what it takes to overcome the hurdles of managing, growing and negotiating in business.



As a Senior Lead Advisor with a UK mergers and acquisitions firm, I negotiated and sold companies to private equity, national and global strategic buyers generating over £150 million for my clients. I have worked with SME's from a wide variety of industries including but not limited to: aerospace, robotics, petroleum, technology, healthcare, manufacturing, construction and distribution. Working with companies with revenues of between £600k to £40M - I have considerable depth of knowledge and experience on how to grow and scale a business to reach its potential.


Being growth and result orientated, I have successfully identified and optimised opportunities for clients to grow their business, hone in on their core competencies and navigate the many challenges that come with scaling their businesses to the next level. Often taking an idea from its infancy and creating a step by step process to making it a reality.
