Program Outcome To enable participants, irrespective of their coaching experience, to create their signature coaching program. The program will be held online, via Zoom, for 10 weeks. It has an added focus on peer support and collaboratory effort. It is designed to not only equip you with the tools to create your program but also give you the template to create future programs. This program will enable participants to: * Identify and validate the type, theme and nature of a viable program * Collaborate, share and test ideas on a program * Create a template that enables you to develop future programs * Demonstrate to clients how they will achieve their desired outcome and the value it offers * Learn how to engage clients who want your outcome but otherwise won’t have been drawn to you * Develop a consistent, sustainable and profitable revenue stream Who is this suitable for: * New or established coaches looking to create and grow their service offering * Coaches looking to package their knowledge, expertise and experience in a manner that will benefit others while generating additional income * Those looking to acquire new clients outside their network or niche * Coaches looking to develop and grow a consistent and sustainable revenue stream * Coaches looking to establish oneself in a particular area/field The program will include an opportunity to present and pitch your program to guests. For all full payments before 31st January, only £500 will be requested (it will appear as the deposit). Sessions will be 90 minutes long, held every Wednesday for 10 weeks, starting from 2nd February 2022.
